According to imagineNATIVE Alex Meraz, is of the Purepecha (Tarasco) First Nation of Michoacan, Mexico. He is a painter, dancer, actor, and filmmaker. Alex's first movie role was in The New World in 2005. Since then, he has appeared in a string of Native American-themed TV shows and movies, and now he has gotten his big break with New Moon. Hot Native American Alex Meraz is one of The Wolf Pack. The 24-year-old Meraz will join cast members Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner in the sequel to be directed by Chris Weitz for a November 2009 release.
